John DiMartino
Director Of Productivity
John DiMartino began his career in real estate in 2015. He developed a passion for providing excellent customer service while delivering outstanding results to his customers while working in the Fort Lauderdale luxury hospitality industry for 16 years. John is also a decorated combat veteran of the US Army Infantry having served nine years of honorable military service. He has earned a Bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University in Criminal Justice, as well as a Masters degree in Business Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
John has always had a passion for growing and teaching others. He was a business mentor for several management and leadership development programs during his tenure in the hospitality industry. In 2017, John took on a role as Launch and Productivity Coach, and later was named the Assistant Team Leader. John has been an ALC Member for 5 years and an 11 time graduate of BOLD. He is also the Rainmaker of top producing team, & consistantly ranks among the top teams in the Market Center.

Mike Tralongo
Director Of Productivity
Mike Tralongo is a husband to a loving wife and father to two amazing boys. He has coached them in football, basketball, soccer and most recently lacrosse. Mike has also owned several local businesses, one of which was Monkey Joe's. Mike is a full-time Real Estate Agent and currently ranks in the top 10% in the MLS from Broward to West Palm Beach. He has been selected to serve on the Agent Leadership Council for the Coral Springs Market Center. Mike is also one of the directors of a charitable 501(C) (3).
Mike considers it an honor to assist in one of the most important decisions/transactions in most people's lives. He takes what he does very seriously and still make the whole process fun and exciting! After all, he gets to make dreams come true, Mike feels blessed to do something so rewarding and meaningful. Alicia Malamud

Alicia Malamud was born in the great state of New Jersey where she attended William Paterson University. Alicia started her real estate career in 2021 with Keller Williams of Coral Springs. She has received Top 20 Sales Associate awards, and stays consistent with being a top producer every month to include being among the Top 5% Agents with Keller Williams Realty. Consultants. In the year of 2022, Alicia closed 34 transactions and decided to take her knowledge in real estate an incorporate it into become the latest Launch Coach.
She is trustworthy, innovative and possesses the determination necessary to exceed all expectations. When she’s not in the office with her clients or coaching new agents, Alicia spends time with her two beautiful children, her loving husband and wonderful family. Alicia enjoys spinning, great food, good friends, and shopping for shoes.

Jacob Perego
Productivity Coach
Born in Louisiana rich in culture and food it was only Natural that Jacob broke through his career in the arena of the restaurant business. Taking aim at the South Florida market in the early 2000’s, Jacob quickly added to his resume an approach to food and hospitality that intrigued the Palm Beach elite. As Chef of the Seafood Bar at the Breakers resort, Palm Beach. Evo Italian Restaurant Tequesta, Florida Tanzy Italian in Boca Raton, Florida and Sorrisi Italian in Coconut Creek, Florida to name a few of the wonderful establishments that hes painted plates. In 2015 Jacob was named Tastemaker of South Florida, City and Shore Magazine for his innovative approach to the Culinary World. Jacob then opened a restaurant consulting business that has assisted several Restaurant concepts in the area, from startups to existing establishments. When asked why he left being a Chef and entered into this endeavor, His answer was simple.. I just want to help others. Jacob has an amazing ability to understand circumstances when they arise in business, analyze, express empathy, and then execute what is needed for the business in question. Jacob also is a licensed real estate agent In Florida and This is what lead him to coaching, seeing so many people becoming prisoners of their own mind, unable to obtain their true potential or even worse, Not knowing they are limited and not obtaining their life’s purpose. I had not realized until working in a direct sales position that people actually can become paralyzed from their minds. That people have held on to beliefs that are actually holding themselves back unknowingly. This is when I knew coaching is my calling because I believe we all have the ability to love and be happy and its my job to guide you to realize you can be this and so much more. Abigail Tan has been a member of the Pro Coaching team since April 2022. She is our Virtual Assistant and currently resides in the Phillippines. She primarily handles all of the administrative duties for the Coaches, including onboarding of new Agents to the program, sending out helpful information, and reminders about classes being offered. She also sends out leads to the Agents in Coaching daily. Abigail may also reach out to call you periodically. She is a valued member of our team and the glue that holds alot of the Program together.
