The Productivity Coaching Path
Agents will initially begin their Pro Coaching journey in the Launch Coaching Phase. This is designed to build a foundation and get you into production quickly. After your first two sales, you would move into Momentum Coaching. Agents who join with previous sales experience may join in this phase. The goal here is to get you to Cap. Once you Cap, you will progress into either Growth Coaching or Performance Coaching. Discuss with your coach which option will be best for you.
